TUNE AND SERVICE INCLUDES:

     Change oil, oil filter and rear gear oil for shaft driven models

  • Replace spark plugs
  • Lube and adjust chain or belt
  • Lube and adjust all pivot points such as: cables, levers, and kickstand
  • Check all electrical items such as: turn signals, horn, charging system, ignition system etc...
  • Set tire pressure
  • Tighten all fasteners on motorcycle
  • Top off all fluids
  • Adjust drum brakes (if applicable)
  • Check brake wear and advise
  • Check tire wear and advise
  • Service airbox includes: blow out air filter and clean out airbox

TIRE REPLACEMENT

  • Mount and balance new tire
  • Replace valve stem
  • We will mount and balance tire on rim only or bring the whole bike down

 

CARBURETOR CLEANING

 

 Remove carburetors

  • Disassemble carburetors
  • Clean all internal parts
  • Reassemble carburetors
  • Adjust mixture screws
  • Reinstall carburetors
  • Synchronize
  • Run on E.G.A. computer (Exhaust Gas Analyzer)
  • Test ride
